Miss Rubie Content Publisher is a private, owner-operated application that lets the account owner review, approve, and publish their own original content to their own TikTok account. It is operated for the benefit of a single authorized user and is not offered to the public.
Today (authorization not yet enabled): the application processes content metadata selected by the owner for review (titles, captions, media references) and operational audit records. No TikTok data is collected.
Once TikTok authorization is enabled: with your explicit action, the application receives from TikTok: an authorization code (exchanged for tokens), an app-scoped account identifier (open ID), creator profile fields permitted by the granted scopes (username/nickname), creator settings needed to post (privacy level options, comment/duet/stitch flags, maximum video duration), and time-limited access/refresh tokens.
Publishing metadata we handle: captions, privacy-level selections, per-post consent records, provider-assigned submission/post IDs and URLs returned by TikTok, and the content files you choose to publish.
Operational data: an internal publishing ledger records idempotency keys, publish states, and provider IDs to prevent duplicate posts. It contains no credentials.
Solely to operate the review/approve/publish workflow you direct: verifying the connected account, honoring your creator settings, publishing content you explicitly consent to, and keeping an audit trail. Tokens are used only to call TikTok on your behalf.
Tokens are stored only in a dedicated credential store, never in the publishing ledger, never in browser storage, never in logs, and never in any public-facing surface. Content files are retrieved transiently and deleted after processing.
We do not sell personal information, do not use it for advertising or profile brokering, and do not share it with third parties other than the platforms you explicitly publish to.
Publishing ledger records are retained for operational safety. Tokens are kept only while authorization is valid; content selections are retained until you delete them.
You can revoke TikTok authorization at any time in your TikTok account settings; on revocation the application treats the account as disconnected. You may request deletion of stored operational records via the contact method below.
TikTok (when authorized) receives only the content and metadata required to publish posts you approve. Use of TikTok through this app is subject to TikTok's own terms and privacy policy. Miss Rubie Content Publisher is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with TikTok.
